Tuxis Ohr’s service department has a team of fully trained, Connecticut State licensed technicians ready to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; including nights, weekends and holidays.

Unexpected equipment and system problems can happen at any time and sometimes at the worst times. Our service team is large enough to offer round-the clock coverage, if you have a heating emergency in the middle of the night, we will have a serviceman in his van ready to come to your home. This is another way we maintain our goal of ensuring you comfort and peace of mind.

Our technicians provide a full range of heating and cooling services for all makes and models of equipment which include repairs, maintenance and installation, with an emphasis on reliable, high-efficiency equipment and alternative energy sources.

The key to efficiently running equipment is preventative maintenance – we can provide you with a Heating System Tune-up and cooling system Air Conditioning Tune & Start Up.

At Tuxis Ohr’s we believe “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." Like your car engine, a heating or cooling system requires regular preventive maintenance to keep it running smoothly and efficiently. Our versatile service team has the skills necessary to tune or repair your home comfort equipment. Your Annual Heating System Tune-up is included in all Tuxis Ohr’s service contracts.

To help protect you from costly service repairs we have several service contract agreements for you to choose from. Each service contract we offer provides 24 hours service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether you have a hot air furnace, boiler, or hot water heater we have a service plan to meet your needs and budget.

There are many benefits when you have a Tuxis Ohr’s Service Agreement. Tuxis Ohr’s service contract agreement holders are provided with automatic delivery scheduling and an Annual Heating System Tune-up. An Annual Tune-up provides your equipment with the preventative maintenance needed to enable your heating system to operate at its maximum efficiency and performance, reducing fuel costs; hence, there are generally fewer breakdowns, and the life of the equipment is prolonged. In addition, another perk for our agreement holders is Preferred Customer status, which entitles you to priority service during times of extreme weather.
