Air conditioning units require routine maintenance the same as your heating system we will evaluate your system and perform a 15 step annual check up, tuning and start-up which includes:

Check all safety devices
Check for oil and refrigerant leaks
Check blower for belt wear, clean, if necessary
Check air filter
Check refrigerant level - refrigerant extra
Check and clean condensate drain and or pump
Lubricate fan motors
Check thermostat
Check starting capabilities of motor & compressor
Clean evaporator and condenser coil
Check supply and return air temps
Check Contactor and Capacitor
Check safety switches
Check motor and compressor start & run amperage
Check for noise or excessive vibration
